I hope you’re enjoying the start of fall as much as I am. 🍁 There’s just something special about the cooler days, cozy sweaters, and of course, all things pumpkin! 🎃 If you’re carving pumpkins this season or cooking up some delicious pumpkin recipes, don’t toss those seeds! They’re super easy to turn into a crunchy, salty snack that’s perfect for munching on during a movie night or adding to salads for a little extra crunch. In on of my latest posts, I’m sharing how to save pumpkin seeds for eating and roasting them to crispy perfection. I promise it’s so simple, and you probably have everything you need right in your kitchen. ✨ Quick Tip: After scooping out the seeds, give them a good rinse to remove any pulp. Then, let them dry on a paper towel for a few hours or overnight before seasoning. This little step makes a huge difference in getting those perfectly roasted seeds! Check out the full guide here!
