That’s why I’m excited to share my go-to Apple Butter recipe that’s perfect for this time of year. And the best part? You don’t even have to peel the apples! This recipe uses an Instant Pot, so it’s incredibly quick and easy to make. Just toss everything in, set it, and forget it—before you know it, you’ll have a jar of sweet, spiced apple goodness to spread on toast, swirl into oatmeal, or even dollop on top of pancakes.
